Apply through the Octo Assist page on Octopus Energy's website. "This means that when you apply, we'll ask you to fill in a few details about your household finances." If Octo Assist can't help, ring Octopus and ask about a payment plan, and check the British Gas Energy Trust grant, which is open to anyone turned down by their supplier's fund.
