FLAC is a first stop, not a solicitor for your case. It doesn't represent people or give legal aid. For that, you go to the Legal Aid Board.

"FLAC cannot give you legal information or advice via email or post."
A free appointment with a lawyer
"You can be referred for a FLAC phone advice appointment by a Citizens Information Centre (CIC) or another FLAC partner." Appointments are limited and not available on request.
The call can give you basic legal information, advice on your next steps, or a referral to the right service. It is not for ongoing cases, complex queries, second opinions, employers, or people who can afford a solicitor.
What FLAC doesn't do
It doesn't represent people, find you a solicitor or give legal aid. "Face-to-face FLAC advice clinics are no longer available in Citizens Information Centres." For representation, see Civil Legal Aid from the Legal Aid Board.
