Apply to the Community Welfare Service at your local Intreo Centre or Social Welfare Office. You need to meet the habitual residence condition and bring one of these:
- A referral from a Cuan-funded domestic violence service
- Or written confirmation from the Gardaí, a GP or public health nurse, a registered social worker, a legal adviser or a family support worker
